Q. How should I wash my hand-painted garment?

A. Turn fabric inside out; machine wash on gentle cycle with warm water using a mild soap. Using fabric softener will keep designs flexible. Line dry. Iron only from the inside or back side of shirt. Never touch paint directly with iron.

 

Q. How should I dry my hand-painted garment?

A. Line dry or dry on low heat.

 

Q. Can I put my hand-painted garment in the dryer when it is embellished with crystals?

A. No. We do not recommended putting the garment in the dryer. We use Swarovski hot fixed crystals. Putting the garment in the dryer may cause the crystals to loosen.

 

Q. Do we accept international orders?

A. Yes, we do accept international orders. However, all international orders will have to be placed through our customer service department. We are not taking them online at this time.

 

Q. Do we have a printed catalog?

A. Because we are always adding products and new designs, a printed catalog would be out of date as soon as we printed it. For this reason, we are currently not offering a printed catalog.

 

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A. For hand painted items, processing and delivery time depends on the quantity and the shipping method chosen. For most orders, we quote a 2 to 3 week turn around time from the date the order is placed. In most cases for smaller orders, you will receive your order before the delivery date quoted on your order confirmation. All other items, the orders will be shipped within 24-48 hrs. from the date the order is received, unless stated otherwise.

 

Q. Do we have a physical store?

A. No. Currently, we are an online business only.
