EXCHANGE POLICY – All of our products have a 30 day exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement, as long as the item is not damaged. However, we do understand that our customers need to have a hassle free, pleasant experience in all aspects of dealing with us. So, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or experience, let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

PACKAGING – Your items will be handled with as much care as possible, and will be shipped to you safely and securely, well wrapped and protected. If for any reason your items are damage during shipment, we will replace them, no questions asked.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION – All orders must be cancelled via email or fax within 48 hrs of the order being placed.

 

PRICES – Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including rights to limit sales to resellers.

 

COLORS – We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
